Nutrition Consultation
15 minutes: Free
60 minutes: $120
In the free consultation we will do a meet and greet and discuss pricing, medical history, and if the program is right for you.
If you want to continue with the plan we will have a 60 minute consultation. That will include seting goals, discuss body Composition, BMI, set Macros, Calorie Deficit, measurements, photos, and meal plan ideas, along with weekly check ins and continuous support.
Fitness or Nutrition Packet
15 minutes: $50
These are offered one time and is basic nutrition information. Daily health habits, etc.
For fitness this is a basic 4 week program for any level.
Complete Wellness Program
4 weeks: $250
This is a 4 week program with nutrition and fitness together. We will discuss goals, get you set up with the app, and get a nutrition plan and fitness plan together.
